winph6 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and winph6 ("winph6," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the winph6 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at winph6.app and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a winph6 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the winph6 Platform.

winph6 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

To register and maintain a winph6 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing bets.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by winph6 or PAGCOR.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of winph6 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep that information up to date.

winph6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (SSS, UMID, PhilHealth, passport, or driver's license). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by winph6 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each player may hold only one (1) winph6 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your winph6 login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that no other person accesses the Platform using your account.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying winph6 immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

winph6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any bets placed through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be treated as valid and binding.

All financial transactions on the winph6 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). winph6 supports the following approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Philippine debit cards

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your winph6 account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. winph6 aims to process withdrawal requests within sixty (60) minutes of approval, subject to verification requirements and the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

winph6 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or other compliance requirements. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment provider in connection with transactions.

Funds deposited into your winph6 account are held for gaming purposes only. winph6 does not pay interest on account balances. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account dashboard.

winph6 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the registration and verification process and meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a turnover or rollover requirement) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• winph6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the terms in effect at the time the bonus was credited.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded game categories may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players who attempt to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may have the excess bonuses voided.
• winph6 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse.

All bets placed on the winph6 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

winph6 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed within each game's information panel.

winph6 reserves the right to void any bet that:

• Was placed after the outcome of the relevant event was already determined.
• Was placed in error due to a technical fault, system error, or manifest pricing error.
• Was placed in violation of these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• Is suspected to have been placed as part of a coordinated scheme to exploit the Platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the records maintained by winph6's systems shall be the primary source of reference. winph6's decision on all betting disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph6 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward winph6 staff or other players.

All content on the winph6 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of winph6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of winph6.

winph6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winph6 may be required to share your personal data with PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities in connection with its licensing obligations, anti-money laundering compliance, or in response to a lawful order from a Philippine court or government agency.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

winph6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winph6 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winph6 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. winph6 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or acts of God.

winph6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during play reminding you of the time elapsed and your net gaming position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the winph6 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

winph6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Your own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon closure of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request closure of your winph6 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and winph6, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent winph6 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

winph6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the winph6 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The version of these Terms currently in force is identified by the effective date shown at the top of this page. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon request by contacting our support team.
